WHS Enrollment Process |
1. All new students to Woodruff High School must prove Residency at the Spartanburg School District 4 Office. Please click one of the links below for Acceptable Proof of Residency. Owner of Home Form Non Owner of Home Form Affidavit of Residence Form Once new students have completed Proof of Residency at the District Office, the following forms must be completed and submitted to WHS for enrollment: - WHS Student Enrollment Form - Student Health Information - Receipt of Forms - Home Language Survey - Parent Involvement Compact - Office 365 Agreement Forms are available at Woodruff High School. |

When all documentation is completed, student will be enrolled and receive a schedule, locker, books, and tour of building. For questions regarding enrollment, please contact the WHS Guidance department at 864-476-7045. |
